Jackson is a prolific guitarist, pianist, and music instructor with an extensive knowledge of improvisation, transcription, and music theory.

Having played guitar for 17 years and piano for 25, he has accrued a wide set of skills across musical genres including pop, rock, blues, jazz, and more. Jackson discovered his passion for teaching lessons after graduating from Otterbein University and specializes in helping students learn the songs and techniques they aspire to master. With 8 years of teaching experience, he continues to hone his craft and loves teaching students of all age and skill levels.

From first-time musicians who are excited to play songs they love to veteran students who want to improve upon more advanced skills including improvisation and theoretical analysis, Jackson can help any student achieve their musical goals. His experience includes playing in jazz band, orchestra, marching band, pit orchestra, and playing live with a rock band. All of his diverse music ventures have led Jackson to dedicate his career to spreading the passion of music through instruction to students of all ages.
